Unfurnished basement room,basement nathroom is essentially yours. Shared living space and kitchen with two other roommates. Large yard area and street parking.

One healthcare professional and one massage therapist both are quiet and respectful roommates, prone to random kitchen conversations. We both work fairly different schedules so are not home at the same time much.
