Hello everyone, I am looking for someone to rent my 20m2 private room in a shared apartment of 100m2 in a student residence (The Marq). It’s quiet and comfy. 6-month lease transfer. Room available from 1st January 2023, negotiable. Location : DOWNTOWN, 5mn walk from all bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Price : $730 CAD / month (all costs included: wi-fi, heat, water, electricity, air conditioning…) Fully equipped room and apartment: duvets, lamps, desks, kitchen utilities, etc. Access to a gym, home cinema, relaxing + studying room, all in the basement. Laundry and parking spots are obviously available (pay per use). Private shuttle bringing you on campus EVERYDAY (see schedule attached). Very practical if you’re a student.
