Pam's room

My fiancé and I are looking to rent one of our rooms out. We are night owls but not loud. The room is downstairs and you have your own bathroom but but there isn’t a shower in it . Shared shower up stairs . Laundry internet hydro and Netflix/Disney included in rent of 750/month. We have his daughters every second weekend. We do have a no party’s no visitors rule.

We are lates 30s couple. I work full time he runs his own small business. We have 5 cats so no pets. We are fun smoke weed and are generally night owls but not loud .
