The rental is a divided living room/bedroom space in a large, spacious and new building in Chomedey Laval (near mall, highway and grocery’s). The unit includes air-conditioning, hot water, in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fully equipped kitchen and all furniture (other than bed). Looking to live with preferably males.

The person should be a Non smoker, doesn’t drink , ensure that he does not make noise and be a responsible person
