Looking for a female tenant. I live in a beautiful home and am offering my basement suite. Big back yard, parking in a garage, safe neighborhood. Your room is in an open space basement, we will sometimes have to come downstairs to do laundry. You must stay at least 6 months.

My boyfriend and I travel for work a lot so you’ll often have the house to yourself. We have 2 cats that need to be looked after when we leave. They’re very cute very easy going kitties. We prefer you to not have any visitors, as we prefer to keep a quiet home.
