Located in Centretown near the war museum, the building is in a picturesque area of downtown situated on top of an escarpment. There are no buildings on 3 sides of the building, a park right next to the property and the apt is westward facing over an escarpment with private bedroom access to a balcony for those who like sunsets.

The building comes with central heat and air conditioning all included, as well as, a roof top terrace (see photos) and many upscale amenities.

The private master bedroom for rent is quite large, not furnished (A furnished room may be arranged. Please note the photo provided is same dimensions as the bedroom, a model suite with furnishings provided by the property manager), has two large closets, has private access to terrace.

Total two people will share access to bathroom (2) and fully stocked kitchen, and dining area (see floor plan).

Building is ideal for those working downtown. Working professional (outside the apt) or graduate student preferred.

I am clean, active, considerate and easy going person. I am new to Ottawa and recently started work in centre town. I will keep common areas clean and I expect that from any housemate. I am social but understand that everyone needs their own space.
