Looking for one roommate to join me in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom clean and well-kept lower floor suite (above ground). The suite is comfortably sized at around 800 sqft, with shared kitchen, a separate laundry room and a large living/dining room with plenty of space. Also, have a home gym that may be available to use.

Room as shown is about 10x10 (currently used as a workspace, but I’m working out of the home so the space isn’t needed. Has a large closet and bright west-facing window.

The suite is partially furnished (open to suggestions/furniture) and I will be getting a few more pieces of furniture.

Very convenient location that is less than a 10 minute walk to Marine Gateway Skytrain Station, which provides easy access to Downtown (30 mins), Richmond (10 mins), Langara (5 mins) and just about anywhere in Vancouver. Also conveniently close to a bike route, should you be inclined to travel with two wheels. Steps away from grocery stores, dining, shopping and more.

Quiet, friendly, and respectful 30yo working full-time in-office. In my spare time I like to read, hike, play sports and spend some quiet time at home unwinding relaxing, but always down for a good conversation and being a bit social. I’ve had plenty of roommates from a variety of backgrounds in the past and I’m pretty laid back - as long as you treat this place like your own, then we will get along fine!
