2 bedrooms available, both with 2 large windows facing south. 14’ ceilings as well. 2nd floor w/ code to get into lobby.

Large kitchen (currently under renovation) and a full bathroom w/ clawfoot tub. on Elgin/Gladstone, across from The Standard, on top of Lieutenant’s Pump, next to EBP, and a block away from Elgin Street Diner.

Apartment will be going through renovations sometime in November, I have not been given the dates yet.

Renovations taking place include a full gutting of the kitchen, new shower rod, and replacing a broken window.

Elgin Street gets loud during weekends, so be prepared for noise.

Right now there’s only me and my cat. My cat has to be the only pet in the apartment. I’m transmasc, queer, disabled, poc, and a smoker (only outside).

I have a lot of friends living in the building, so you’d have to be fine with a party every once in a while (like, once every 2-4 months). Living here would definitely open up your circle of friends.

I know everyone in the apartment’s unit, its a safe space for everyone.

Tours will be happening sometime this week, I’m not the current tenant so I have to go my their schedule to show the unit.
