108 Street NW

Hello everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting Nov. 4 this year but anytime before or after Nov. 4 works too. It is a studio apartment on 108 Street NW Downtown Edmonton, about 2 blocks from MacEwan University. It’s a pet-friendly and smoke-free building with heat and water included. It includes outdoor parking spaces that have recently been re-painted and a laundry room on the first floor. They offer student deals on rent and internet if you are currently enrolled in school. The rent is $645 though I am paying a pet fee so if you don’t own a pet, the rent will be about $625. The apartment is great and the neighbours are friendly, just looking to move into a 2-bedroom with a friend of mine. Let me know if you are interested!

Everyone I’ve met in the building has been very friendly and kind. Haven’t run into any unusual characters in the 8 months I’ve lived here. Families and pets are welcome.
