Located in the heart of Kits, I am looking for a suitable person to rent a bedroom on the second floor of my townhouse. It is a beautiful bright room. Bathroom and laundry are located just outside your door. Kitchen and dining area are on the ground floor.

2 min walk to major bus lines going to downtown and UBC. Mins to the many restaurants and cafes on 4th.

Within 15 mins or less you can be at Kits beach and tennis courts or Granville Island.

Furnished and I can work with you to make sure it fits your needs. Electricity is included.

My name is Clodagh, I am pretty relaxed and easy to get along with. I work from home so will be here quite a bit.
