Kat's room

I’m looking for a roommate to takeover the lease for my units second unfurnished bedroom available from December 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023. Large window and closet with hanging rack and shelving (closet not pictured). It can fit a twin or double bed, or larger depending on what other furniture you may need. The unit is 600sq feet and right near Islington station. Shared bathroom with tub/shower, and some bathroom storage space. Furnished living room and kitchen. Some furniture and layouts have been changed, will update photos soon! In-unit washer and dryer. Building has a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym, basketball court, yoga room, spin studio, movie theatre, and outdoor terrace with bbqs.
1 underground parking space available, storage locker, and bike storage. Wifi is included and available throughout the whole building.

My name is Kat, I’m 21 and currently working before returning to school in September of 2023. I’ve been in this unit almost 2 years and have had the privilege of sharing it with a great friend of mine who is leaving at the end of November. It’s a small place so having a roommate who is looking to be friendly is great, but not required of course. I work overnights and generally sleep during the days. I’m a very heavy sleeper so noise isn’t an issue once I’ve fallen asleep. On my time off I tend to keep my schedule so someone who is also a heavy sleeper and/or doesn’t mind noise would be ideal! I’m very clean and like to stay on top of cleaning and hope to have a roommate who feels the same.
