Each of the 2 rooms available for you are big enough to either be a your bedroom or your TV room! Master bedroom would fit a king-sized bed plus a small couch with TV. Everything is included, plus a new spin bike to use (I have 2), some garage shelf storage, & front and back yard access. Quiet, tidy, professional, animal-loving, non-partiers only please!

My kitty is a sweet, loving, and well-trained 9 month old! I am a quiet, calm, positive, friendly, active, and very tidy female teacher. I am very respectful and am a mature communicator and problem-solver, and I would expect the same in a roommate!
