Female Professionals only! Looking for someone to take over my lease, it is currently till Aug 2023, however it can be extended for a longer time if you wish to. Theo Student Housing is situated in Downtown, Ottawa Walking distance to CNIH college (8 min) and uOttawa (12 min)! Amenities: many private study rooms, meeting room, spacious recreational room (also comes with a gorgeous kitchen and a seating area that can be booked for social events etc), gym, movie room, and music room. There is paid parking available underground, as well at the back of the building. The underground parking can be added to your monthly rent. Loblwas, Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, LCBO are all in close vicinity, 5-8 min walk, along with many more restaurants/fast food places near by. 10 min away from Byward Market and the Rideau Mall.

The bedroom looks out to Rideau St, and is on a high floor with many windows, with full size windows in the living room as well. It is furnished with a double bed, night table, study table and a chair. I also have a very comfortable study chair if you wish to purchase. Great lighting in the room! Ensuite Laundry; Living room is fully furnished: tv, stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and toaster, coffee maker.

Living room is a shared space between 2 other female professionals; the building gives preference to students. If you go to uOttawa or CNIH is a great place for you. The other 2 female students are vey friendly, quiet and accommodating :)
