The photos are not great (I’m still moving in) - I have a room for rent in a brand new 3 Bedroom Townhouse in the Glenmore area. Your own private full bathroom. You would have your choice of 2 quiet bedrooms at the rear of the house. Built in Closet. The third room will be left empty - use it as a study or extra storage if you like!

Room is Unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. Wifi & Cable with sports package included. Utilities shared. Parking available in private Garage.

I am a 35 y/o male, originally from Scotland, been living in Kelowna for the past 5 years. I work full time Tuesday-Saturday. During the week I like to chill at home, cook, watch sports, read. At the weekend I enjoy playing badminton, skiing, socialising, movies etc.

It is important to me that we both feel comfortable sharing the space so a meet up before hand would be preferred. Length of stay/term is flexible!
