Émond Street

this is a finished basement , share laundry room in the basement , kitchen , bathroom is upstairs on main floor , wifi included , cable as well, this is my home, i live there with my dog , she’s old but quiet ,Im a bit of a night owl , I’m home most of the time but go to the states , every now and then to visit my boyfriend , i have a back yard , bbq , it’s not a big place but , it close to everything , shoppers , lcbo, loblaws , metro, freshco , etc bus stops very close , i’m 420 friendly but definitely no smoking cigarette in my home , so basically we will be roommates , [wouldn’t mind a handy person ] i’m very quiet , I don’t usually have anyone over , i’m easy going laid back , don’t want a bunch of people in my home , if you have a partner once in a while i don’t mind , room is not furnished by i have a mini fridge and hot plate , if you need it for downstairs , you control your own heat ,

It will be me and my dog , she’s old , i do babysit my grand daughter two days a week , but can also go to my daughters house , everything is close by , i have another apt upstairs where my son lives , who works , 420 friendly , no cigarettes in my home , looking for a quiet , working person
