I am a working professional, working out of home part time, looking for someone to rent out the spare bedroom upstairs. The unit has a full size basement, main level and upstairs.

Rent is $500 a month, plus utilities (split 50/50 between myself), and the lease goes for 12 months as of December 1st 2022.

I work part time in Windsor and work part time from my home office. I like to keep a neat and tidy house, have group dinners, and hang out with my husky mix, Roxy.
