It is a five minute walk to Tunny’s Pasture, and O-Train/bus station. It is in hintonburg/wellington west, a very walkable area — easy walk to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. It is less than five minutes to the Parkdale Market. The apartment has backyard shady deck access, a balcony, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
