I have 3 cats. Looking for a reliable professional female to rent a small room of my penthouse condo near the bluffs. She must not he allergic to cats and have no animals of her own. The condo has an indoor pool, gym, media and party room access and usage. I am a non-smoker and prefer my prospective roomie to be a non smoker as well. I love to cook though I’m not at home often. I work full time and currently looking to complete my masters. So I appreciate someone who can appreciate my privacy.
