Hey, I’m a petty chill, non-judgmental person looking for a roommate.

You’d be renting one of the bedrooms upstairs but sharing the place with me, so we can shuffle things around to make you feel at home.

The main floor has a dining area, living room area, kitchen, and half bathroom. There’s also a really big unfinished basement. Lots of room for storage. There’s a fenced backyard, private parking, and its a fairly quiet area.

My lease is up on August 1st next year so I’m hoping I can find someone to help split the rent and utilities. Its part of a condo association which means free snow removal/lawn care and some other details for tenants as well. For example, no smoking in the house, out back is fine, etc… all details that can be explained later.

Just me, and my cat. I’m a musician and sometimes teach students here. Bonus points if you jam! In school currently at Red Deer Polytechnic. My cat is very sweet, but timid at first. Unfortunately, there can’t be another pet living here.

I strive to be an effective communicator so while I haven’t lived with anyone else in a while I would really try to have us both comfortable with the living situation. My wife and I worked together to set up the house how it currently is, so I’d like my new roommate to be involved in changing its setup if they want to.

I really love movies too, so if you’re ever down for a LOTR marathon, I usually am too.

Finding someone whose comfortable around me and who I’m comfortable around is key. Just be open with me and we’ll get along fine.
