There is a furnished or unfurnished room available for rent. The rooms are on their own floor with their own full bathroom. I will only rent one room. The rest of the residence will be shared between the renter and me. There is street and guest parking available, internet is included, and the places is fully furnished with a stocked kitchen.

I live alone with my dog Marley. I am 30, I work full-time and want my roommate to love dogs. Marley is well trained and relaxed unless she is play fighting. I keep a clean place and I love cooking. Sometimes I look after my girlfriend’s dog who is large and loveable. My girlfriend and I won’t live together but we are best friends. If you are interested in the room, I treat roommates as friends and include them as much as possible if they want. I have lived in awkward situations when it wasn’t my place, now that it is I strive to make it nice for everyone.
