Hi! I’m looking for 2 respectful, clean individuals to move into my beautiful West Broadway apartment. The suite is spacious with high ceilings, large windows, a sunroom, and lots of natural light. It’s located in the corner, top floor apartment and basically I don’t share any walls with neighbours. With hydro+internet the expenses per person maxes out at $600. Due to the renovations at the moment going on, our hydro+internet would be covered by the building (due to us having to be in an adjacent suite while ours is renovated).
