One large unfurnished bedroom available on ground floor. Rent is $630 all inclusive (heat, hydro, water, high speed internet) and including 1 parking spot. This room also has a patio door/outdoor space and a walk-in closet.

This is a lease takeover. The take over for my lease is from January 1, 2023 until August 30, 2023. Only moving due to my boyfriend and I finding a place together!

This is five bedroom house and the other 4 roommates are Fanshawe male students/recent graduates. We are looking for someone similar who is a student or recent graduate.

No room sharing allowed!!! Strictly one person in one bedroom per city bylaws. Will not respond asking for room sharing or to “is this avaliable” messages. If the ad is up its avaliable!

No smoking, no drugs, no pets. Smoke free house.
