About the room
I am located in the Kerr Village area and very close to every essential you could or would need! There is a fortinos, starbucks, nail spot, dental office all within walking distance for example. The GO station is about five to ten mins away by car. I have a decent sized backyard that I like to keep cozy and fun! The rooms I have available fit a queen comfortably. Thats all I can think of for now, feel free to ask any questions!
About the roomies
My name is Shannon and I am 23 years old and Im a full time landscaper. I will be home a lot in the winter since I will be on-call. It is just me living here and my current roommate has moved out, so I am looking for someone to move in Dec 1st! I do have 3 cats and a chinchilla so I am hoping for someone who has no pets since its a full home already, but im willing to accept someone who has max 1 cat of their own ☺️
