Ashley's room

Small room in a small house with lots of character. Heated oversized single garage that has room for another person’s tools and toys (as long as it’s kept tidy and always locked). Lots of street parking, back pad parking and secure gated parking on a pad in the backyard. The house is 110 years old but has been maintained well throughout the years. The bathroom is VERY dated but is always kept extremely clean. 8-minute drive from NAIT (also, right on the bus route) Only the room for rent - other space will absolutely be shared but there is no room for furniture, artwork, extra kitchen supplies, etc.

I’m a 30 year old woman currently working full time. I plan to go back to school full time in September of next year and am looking for a way to ease the stress of bills. I have 2 old pussy cats (both nearing age 22) that are an absolute joy but obviously have their quirks. One is deaf and almost blind - she can sometimes squawk through the night if no one wakes up to give her booty scratches. I am a smoker - and occasionally am partial to having a cheeky one by the window in the kitchen if it’s freezing outside. However, I’m willing to only smoke in the garage if this would disgust a roommate. The house is filled with old furniture and lots of artwork that displays nudity. You’ll be greeted by a pride flag when you walk through the front gate and a BLM flag when you open the front door. Kind and groovy people need only apply.
