Graham Street

I am renting the second room of a two-bedroom, ground level suit in a house near Bay and Graham. There is a private back entrance, full kitchen and one bathroom with a combo tub/shower. Additionally, the suit has its own laundry room. It is very close to several bus stops, including the 4,6,9,10,24 and 25. It is less than a 10 minute walk to Quadra Village with groceries, pharmacy, liquor store et c.

I am student at UVIC and currently working on my BSc in physics. As a student, I’m pretty busy with my studies and am fairly quiet. So I’m looking for a roommate with similar sensibilities. I love art, music, the outdoors and cooking. I am vegetarian, but have no problem living with someone who cooks meat. A reasonable level of cleanliness and general respect for shared space is important to me.
The rest of the house is rented out by a family, who are very friendly.
