Owner is a single mother with two adult university kids. And run a dayhome from home. Basement open game area is used for dayhome that closes at 5pm. There are 4 bedrooms & 2 full washrooms on top floor. Another room, half bath & kitchen & living room on ground floor which can be shared. Mostly owner is at home. My 2 adult kids are mostly in university or in their rooms studying.
