Master bedroom with private bathroom. Has queen size bed with new bedding. Area is in a safe quiet area close to the freeway and shopping amenities. I work on the road (sasktel) and have people close by in case something happens. Furnace+hot water was upgraded when covid first hit and washing machine was done last year. A/C was installed 2 years ago. Fridge, 2 freezers and laundry facilities are provided. Garage parking, provided it is a car is part of the rent, will be app controlled. All appliances are working and smoke/co detectors are tested at regular intervals. 2 common areas with TV’s are provided, android boxes are at both tv locations for items like YouTube, Netflix and more.

2 Other male roommates. Both have daytime jobs and keep to their own areas. Both are clean and good roommates.
