$200 per week for singles. $300 per week for couples (or 2 people).

-A spacious private bedroom located in Bridgeport.

-Brand new build: we are the first to live in this beautiful space. It is 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths. All new appliances.

-Large open kitchen/living/dining area.

-You will enjoy a clean, organised and minimalistic household.

-Room: You will have your own room with Queen bed, bed side table and large built in cupboards.

-Private Bathroom: You will also enjoy your own bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and 2x hand basins. It also has a cupboard that you can store more of your things in. This bathroom will not be used by anyone else in the house.

-There are 2 adults and 2 kids in the house, but you will be able to have a sanctuary to retreat back to (your room! Haha).

-The house will be dead silent from 7pm onwards. (Once the kids are asleep). Perfect if you are studying, or work full time).

The location: -Perfect for students!

-7km (13 minute drive) from Wilfrid Laurier University and University of Waterloo.

-6km (9 minute drive) to Conestoga College.

We are a young family of 4; a married couple and 2 young boys (nearly 1 and a 2.5 year old). We have a spare room in our house and are just putting it out there to see if there is anyone who doesn’t mind the noise and chaos that inevitably comes with having kids in the house. That being said, if you work a “traditional” 9am-5pm, this would be perfect for you, as the kids will go to bed shortly after you get home.

About US: We love listening to music, learning more about ourselves and life in general. We are the “outdoorsy type” on a day off, you’ll find us walking, exploring or riding our bikes. Our kids fit into our lives, not the other way around!

About YOU: If you are chill, and don’t mind living with a family, then this will suit you perfectly. (This arrangement will be suitable if you have siblings yourself, so are used to having children around, are a student, or it’s your first time moving out of home). We are open to helping out a mum who has a young child, also.

If you really like the kids (and they like you too) there may be an opportunity for us to explore babysitting/shared care in exchange for reduced rent for yourself.

Furnishings: We can provide a Queen sized mattress and bed side table.

We have made the “deposit” just one weeks rent, and no minimum stay, as we want to offer our roommates the flexibility to leave if this arrangement doesn’t suit them. No lock in contracts here :)
