Isabel's room

It is a new apartment with an unfurnished bedroom available. The available bedroom has its own closet, there is also an empty closet in the hallway. There are two bathrooms. One bathroom is only a powder room and the other is a full bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. There are a washer and dryer in the apartment. The apartment also has a great kitchen. The living room is furnished with a tv. There is a balcony which looks over a park area. The apartment is within a ten minute walking distance from a sky train station. It is near a dog park and a children’s playground. From what I understand, a security guard arrives in the evenings to watch over the apartment building.

I am a female SFU student. I am 18 years old and currently live alone. I was supposed to move into my apartment with a roommate but unfortunately she was unable to make the move. This is why I am looking for a new roommate. I am an intended economics major and will probably minor in finance. I enjoy watching tv, listening to music, reading, and listening to podcasts (I do all these things quietly). I am an okay cook and I am trying to improve. I am clean, relaxed, and easy going. In January, my pet miniature dachshund named Phoebe will move in with me, currently she is living with my parents. She does not bite and she is house trained. She is very loving and spends most of her time asleep under a blanket. I am alright with having another pet in the apartment as well. I am looking for a female student to share the space with and to split the rent with.
