Looking for a responsible, person to rent a room. The house has 1.5 bathrooms. One full one upstairs and half bathroom downstairs. The room is furnished but could be emptied if needed. You would have your own bathroom downstairs bit a shared shower & kitchen upstairs.

I’m a recent empty nester. I have two cats and a senior dog. 420 only friendly but it’s a smoke & drug-free home. Wifi is included. If you come to me with a background check I’ll take the cost of it off your damage deposit.
