Warm and inviting space! My roommate and I put lots of love into this rental and tried to make it as cozy as possible. It has charming archways and lots of natural light. There is laundry in the unit, lots of storage, and a bathtub :) We have a large backyard and share space in a detached garage. The unit has three bedrooms, one is mine, one I use for an office, and one for you!

My current roommate is moving on to begin a new adventure, so it will be just me (and you) living in the unit. I work online part-time and am in school online full-time, so needless to say, I spend a lot of my time on the computer in my office. I am very clean, have a daily routine, and like to go to bed fairly early. I LOVE my morning coffee, cooking healthy dinners, and the occasional glass of wine/ joint. I am looking for a mature roommate whose lifestyle will mesh well with mine.
When my roommate leaves, the apartment will be partially furnished.
