House is only six years old and has two common spaces, laundry, large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, parking and a hot tub. You will have a choice of three rooms (furnished or not) that share a living area and a bathroom. Looking for roomies for the winter term but could extend.

I am a second year Bishop’s student living on site. I just acquired the property and am getting it ready to rent for the winter term.
