Second floor apartment - stairs leading up into unit. Smoke alarms are not designed for visually impaired. Vaping/marijuana permitted inside, tobbaco not allowed inside of the unit.

Pets welcome, we have a Rottweiler (Bo) at home who is very gentle with dogs and cats as he’s still a puppy and has been socialized with them. He is well trained and is not allowed into my room (your future room), the kitchen space when cooking, and the bathroom. If you have a pet you could talk with Mo (your future roommate) to establish the rules and boundires you would both like to have for the household:).

This is a two bedroom apartment located in the second floor of a house. There is only two units in the house and the one on the first floor has been unoccupied since we moved in. Me and Mo are both immigrants from Latin America who are like family. We believe in community, we love a lot, and we support each other and our group of friends as much as we can. We care a lot for the spiritual realm and we have our set of beliefs very rooted in Latin American culture and ancestral knowledge. We are very communicative and understanding, we would like someone to come into this space who is alike and is not afraid of expressing their feelings as well being emotionally mature to acknowledge other peoples’ feelings (in this case Mo). We are very relaxed and we spend a lot of time together, but we know that our rooms are our sacred space and we can go for some days without talking if any of us needs to recharge. Mo is very fun and is one of the most incredible people I have met in Toronto, she is very strong and has been like an older sister to me. She likes to party every now and then or sometimes she will just stay at home. We love techno, reggaetón, photography, fashion, and art. Mo will soon start studying fashion design and it would be awesome to find someone who is passionate about this sort of stuff as well. We like to keep a VERY clean space as this is crucial for our mental health, of course if we see one is tired or sad we will help each other but we won’t let the space get dirty. Bo is Mo’s dog (Mo&Bo isn’t that adorable), he’s a very sweet gentle giant who loves playing and cuddles. When Mo is not around Bo stays in her room. He is very well trained and we don’t really have issues with him other than him licking you too much (which I don’t like haha). Mo is gender fluid and she goes by she/they pronouns she is very much gay and we love the divine feminine energy over anything else🙏. If you play music that is perfectly as our rooms are pretty much separate so we dont hear each other at all! Sometimes I grab my guitar at 3am and is okay. We love having friends here and we would love you to feel like this is your home too! I have drawn a map of the house just so you have a better understanding of how the space is distributed.
