Partially furnished.I am a female in my mid 20s. I am looking for someone to co-sign. This apartment is located on the 11th floor in the downtown area. Walk out balcony to veiws of Bensen and the ocean. It is a corner apartment so lots of light and a cool breeze in the summer. Walking distance to all amenities including transit. I am a mature working individual and would like to find that in a roommate! I do work overnights. I am also a clean and tidy and look for that in a roommate.
