Female Roommate Wanted! You would have your own little suite with the larger bedroom & also a bathroom! They are attached so it’s completely private. Also there is a laundry room in the apartment :) $1,100.00 Rent House Insurance ($45/month split in half) Utilities + Internet are separate. There is a gym on site as well. As well as a common room I have a cat & a small dog so no more pets allowed, sorry! You would need to bring in your own bed. I have a couch and tv set up in the living room.
