3 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 floors, 1800 sq ft home. I’m a young professional female living in the home and looking for a roommate. Must be cat friendly. No pets allowed. I’m a laidback individual looking for a roommate who works full time and can provide first and last months rent as well as proof of employment. I would prefer renting only 1 room but if you know a friend who would also like to rent a room then I am open to renting 2 rooms.

I’m a female in my thirties. I have a son who comes here for 1 week and then goes to his dads for 1 week. The schedule is rotating. He goes to daycare during the day therefore he is only here for dinner.
