This is an amazing space in the city North York (5 mins from Yorkdale mall) - rich and fun neighbourhood. Right beside tons of food places and Costco / Home depot and TTC + subway (30 mins to downtown). Building has amenities (gym, balcony, bbq, dog area)

Currently living in a 2 bedroom apartment. 1 Bedroom (for rent in 2023) is occupied by a friend that works in Finance in downtown - going to move out soon. We are very friendly and open guys that love to talk about future growth and adventures all while working hard and keeping the place clean. Hobbies are photography, fitness, dance, music, reading, etc. so you will find a great environment to be creative and learn from.
