Extension Road

Large room with full ensuite and large closet. Everything included but you will probably need a wifi booster. We heat the house with a woodstove so a personal room heater might be needed. House located in chase river, on a bus route and close to essential shopping. The crawl space entrance and electrical panel are located in the spare room so we will need to have access to those from time to time. We are dog friendly as we have 3 but we are at capacity with pets, sorry.

My partner and I own the house, we are both mature working professionals. We are both clean, tidy, respectful and drama free and we expect nothing less from our renter.
