Affordable room rental in a share townhome, with shared kitchen and bathroom and laundry in the basement. All utilities included. Close to downtown and the Parkwood shopping area. This is a pet household. I have a dog and two cats, unfortunately no room for more pets. Plenty of street parking available. No smoking inside or outside, no parties or overnight guests. Lease will start as a short term, month to month agreement.
