Roommate wanted for shared house. Two large individual rooms w/own closet available for rent of varied sizes plus living room/dining room area, with shared kitchen and bathroom. There is one room already occupied by one male.

No laundry available to roommate. No pets cause I already have a cat. No Smoking due to allergies. Short drive to amenities. Parking available on street. Close to a bus stop if you do not drive.
