Room available in two bedroom, basement apartment. Includes utilities (hydro, internet). The room is the larger of the two(11x12.5“), Bathroom and kitchen are shared.

Located downtown, within 10-15 minute walking distance of uOttawa and Byward Market

Bus stops located just outside door. Routes 7, 19, 6 and 14. Close to Rideau street with even more bus lines.

I’m a nurse, I try to spend most of my time outside of the apartment. This would either be working, at my girlfriend’s place or doing something else.
