Louise's room

I am female in there late 20s looking for a roommate to occupy the other room. I work full time and I tend to stay home when I am off. I am looking for a quiet individual who can pay there bills on time, who also works full time, and doesn’t have a lot of guest over. I own one small dog and I work 6 days a week. I live in an apartment that is owned by another company that does credit checks and requires references before signing up for the room. We can discuss more about living arrangements if you’re interested. The apartment complex is pet friendly. However, maximum amount of pets allowed is only 2. If you have a pet, I would like to do a meet and greet with your pet to see if they’re compatible. Electricity and internet is included in the rent except for laundry. Laundry is in the building and you pay per use. There will be common shared places like washroom, living room, and kitchen.

I am looking for a responible roomie who is tidy and can pay their share of the bills on time.
