This is a spacious and furnished room available from Jan. 2023. Perfect for a student - 2 min walk to bus stop, where the bus route takes you directly to Dalhousie and SMU within 30 minutes or so.

In addition, the owner of the flat provides 3 meals per day (breakfast +lunch + dinner). The costs for these are included in the rent ! The food is extremely healthy and comes in many varieties, including vegetarian options.

The family that owns the flat is a peaceful, Christian one. The mom, dad, and son (in 10th grade) all are out of the house for most of the day and return late at night. So a student can study here in peace.
