The condo is only 1-year-old, and everything is new appliances. You can go to the SFU in a 5-minutes walk and go to all stores in a 2-minutes walk. This rental includes all utilities, such as Telus high-speed internet unlimited, BC Hydro, heating, and hot water. It has an in-suit laundry machine and a dry machine. and having an underground private storage locker is an extra bonus.
