Hello! I am moving out for my new job and looking for a female roommate to take over my room lease on the main floor of the house. It’s a cozy 3 bedroom/1 bath bungalow in the Edmonton central/south region. 15 minutes to UofA North campus via bus, 5 minutes to Whyte Ave with a convenient bus stop just 3 minutes away walking (#9 bus route to Downtown/Southgate is also available at this stop). Looking for a respectful and clean person to move-in. My current roommates that you would be living with are super sweet and easygoing. They like to hang out from time to time but if you rather keep to yourself they’ll respect that. One works full-time and the other roommate is in her 2nd year in Sciences at university. The basement tenants are very respectful and nice people as well. Since there are students present in the house, a quieter lifestyle is appreciated (i.e. no huge parties, but small gatherings are fine). My roommates hobbies include art, reading, movie watching, knitting, k-dramas, kpop, breakdancing, baking and writing
