Large fully furnished bedroom with queen-sized bed, desk and chair and closet with custom shelving. If you would like to bring your own furniture, that can be accommodated. Room is in very clean house with easy access to newly renovated main bathroom. Rent is $700 (all inclusive).

Location is close to major highway (417), DND Campus and OC Transpo Eagleson Park n’ Ride. Close to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, Kanata Centrum and multiple transit routes that go downtown and to Algonquin College. Looking for a very clean, quiet, respectful and responsible student or full time professional to live with.

Rent includes: -Utilities (Internet, hydro, water, natural gas) -Parking (outside on driveway) -Access to onsite laundry -Shared kitchen area (plus use of small appliances, some dishes, pots and pans if needed) -Central A/C and natural gas heating No smoking, no pets. First and last month rent required.
