Pine Street

This luxurious suite with king size bed and full ensuite bathroom is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful, grand Victorian house and B&B in historic downtown Brockville. Our roomie will have access to spacious kitchen, lounge, terrace, hot tub. Price includes furniture, bedding, towels, hydro, gas, water, AC, heat, wifi, small fridge, coffee machine, Netflix. Possible parking to be discussed. This room is available for the winter only.

Current roomies include: Owners who are away about half the time (to 2nd home), one female tenant, and occasional B&B guests (one couple at time, typically). We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, quiet, and very clean (for all rooms as well as own). Roomie can have a guest on occasion, with prior approval of owners, but no pets. Owners do have a dog.
