Located in the heart of Montreal Gay Village, this brownstone apartment building is seconds to public transit/metro stations. 15min walk to Downtown core, universities, shopping & entertainment district. The neighbourhood also has tones of Restaurants, bars, coffee shops amd gyms. There is a beautiful park across the street.
The Room for rent is located at the front of the apartment, separate from the master bedroom. Fully furnished w/ tv. There is only 1 shared bathroom and I have a small dog (cocker spaniel). All utilities & internet are included.
Cannabis, friendly, only on balcony. No smoking indoors! Prefer non smoker (cigarettes).
