Hey all There is a room available to sublet for the month of December til the 4th of January (when I arrive back) I don’t arrive in van til the 5th so my room is being sublet til then Don’t worry the room is now furnished haha It’s located 2559 E and fifth ave , 15 min walk to commercial drive and 20 min downtown on the number 7 bus Cafes and restaurants very close by also Can message me for my insta , and the current tenants phone number for a face time if that is easier Need the room filled asap
