Additional Information - It’s a mixed occupancy unit with other 2 rooms shared between 1 female and 1 male, so we are open to both male and female occupants for the 3rd bedroom.

The room is not furnished so you can bring your own furniture but the room has window with a lot of sunlight and a door. You will be sharing the bath with one other male occupant. The unit has ensuite laundry. All utilities are included in the rent.

The common room/living room has a 20 ft ceiling height. Corner unit with 3 side open balcony. 10 mins walk to the nearest yellow line King & Queen subway and steps away from St. Lawrence Market, Eaton Centre, fine dine restaurants, banks, finger food places, Wine Rack and convenience stores.
